A: We will settle your claims efficiently. In most cases, if you are admitted to Hospital we can arrange to pay the Hospital or medical provider directly. Once your application for your GlobalSelect^® or CoverSure plan is approved, you will receive a fulfillment kit which includes an IMG Europe identification card and claim forms. When you receive treatment, original itemised bills must be received by IMG Europe within 90 days of services.
